About the role
This role demands a leader adept at integrating AI technology within the Improvado product, with a focus on AI agents for data engineering.
The CPO will drive the company towards innovative solutions and market leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Product and Technology Leadership: Lead the development and delivery of technology and products, specifically focusing on the Improvado AI data platform and AI agents capable of data engineering tasks.
- Team Management: Hire, manage, and develop a team comprising Product Managers, QA specialists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Engineers.
- Operations Management: Implement methodologies like Scrum, Agile, or Lean for product development.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance and foster innovation.
- Strategic Vision: Develop a technical strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Company Representation: Promote the company’s technical endeavors through public engagement.
Requirements:
- AI and Data Expertise: Experience in AI assistant development, data pipelines, analytics, and data quality.
- Marketing Analytics: Experience in marketing analytics, marketing attribution, and Media Mix Modeling (MMM).
- Data Engineering: Experience in building data pipelines and understanding data modeling, Kimball models, etc.
- Product Management: Skills in go-to-market strategies, customer discovery, and customer feedback.
Nice to have Skills:
- Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF): Ability to collect datasets and implement from-human-feedback processes. Fine-tuning AI models is a plus.
- Robotics and Planning: Knowledge in robotics, task decomposition, planning, and developing intelligent agents.
- Ontologies or Graph Databases: Experience with ontologies or graph databases.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Develop customer-centric products and experiences.
- Prior Startup Experience: Familiarity with the startup environment.
- Negotiation Skills: Effective communication with stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Tackle complex problems creatively.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Testing, DevOps, MVP, and API development.
- Experience with Enterprise Customers: Familiarity with the needs and dynamics of enterprise customers, with the ability to cater to their specific requirements.
